Nature photographer selected through rigorous juried system
The international art website Artsy Shark this week selected me from among hundreds of applicants to be a featured artist. Artsy Shark receives about 1,200 applicants each year, but fewer than 200 are selected as featured artists, who are chosen through a competitive juried selection process.

Artsy Shark is dedicated to promoting fine-art photographers and artists around the world, providing visibility through their websites, their newsletters and social media accounts. Featured artists’ dedicated page on the website remains forever, allowing new viewers to find these select artists.
Being chosen is a great honor. My goal is to create photographs that express my belief that nature is evidence of an active, creative God. My work includes hundreds scenic landscapes from around the United States, ranging from amazing swamp photography to sunrises and sunsets to the desert vistas of the Southwest. I take every opportunity to travel to new places and capture nature photographs from unique perspectives.
